What is this?

Self-awareness building mindfulness retreat in an intimate group of 4 people.

How long taking place? 4 full days plus arrival/ departure days:

• Day 0: arrivals, late afternoon check-in from 4 pm & introduction dinner

• Day 1, 2, 3, 4 – four full days of mindfulness activities

• Day 5: thank you breakfast & check-out by 11 am, departures

What does the program include?

• Daily meditations incl. morning rituals and sunsets gratitude

• Sound healing sessions with Tibetan singing bowls

• Physical activities like yoga and movement classes

• Connecting with nature

• Discussions around personal motivations and satisfaction using psychological tools

• Other mindfulness activities involving painting, movement, and food appreciation

• Accommodation in private rooms at the Indigo Star House (various options available)

• Vegetarian/ Pescatarian Food: all food and drinks included (all-inclusive)

Who is this for?

Anyone wanting to slow down, de-stress and simply reconnect with themselves. We will be working on how to stay peaceful even when surrounded by noise and how to appreciate yourself, raise your energy and improve your inner power.

No previous experience in mindfulness or meditation is needed. Everyone is very welcome!

What are the Prices?

There are 4 private rooms available for you to choose from:

1. Earth Room (double bed with an ensuite bathroom, Ocean view): EUR 675 for 1 person

2. Water Room (double bed & single bed, shared bathroom, Ocean view): EUR 600 for 1 person

3. Fire Room (double bed, shared bathroom, Ocean view): EUR 600 for 1 person

4. Air Room (2x single beds with access to the downstairs bathroom, Garden View): EUR 525 for 1 person

What are the booking conditions?

A 50% deposit is needed to secure the booking with the rest to be paid upon arrival. Cancellations with a full refund are possible only in case of Covid-related travel restrictions where flights are canceled

Program details

Indigo Star House

Ocean view villa in the southern part of the island by Ribeira Brava. A quiet and relaxing place in a private neighborhood.

Earth Room

BEDROOMS available for you, inspired by the four elements:

This room is inspired by the Earth element and is situated on the upper floor. It is within the shades of green decorated with wooden and natural organic elements.

It is an en-suite that has a bath/ shower and also a walk-in wardrobe. The window goes onto an all-bedroom balcony looking out to the Ocean. You could hear the sea waves at night.

• Size: 25 sq m

• Beds: 1x Queen Double

This room is inspired by the Air element and it situated on the ground floor, next to the Living Space. It is within the shades of white and gold decorated with natural elements. It has a built-in wardrobe.

The window goes onto the back garden fruit trees.

• Size: 10 sq m

• Beds: 2x Single

Air Room

This room is inspired by the Water element and is situated on the upper floor. It is within the shades of blue and decorated with natural elements. It has a very spacious wardrobe and an enclosed corridor hidden space.

The window goes onto an all-bedroom balcony looking out to the Ocean. You could hear the sea waves at night.

This room is inspired by the Fire element and is situated on the upper floor. It is within the shades of orange and red decorated with natural elements.

It has a very spacious wardrobe. The window goes onto an all-bedroom balcony looking out to the Ocean. You could hear the sea waves at night.
