I organise those events only a few times a year, usually around the summer months. It's my way of giving people a taste of what I'm passionate about and hopefully inspiring them to discover the power of mindfulness.

The event consists of a few mindfulness activities and, more importantly, it is a gathering of like-minded people who are interested in exploring a better way of flowing through life. It's a time to breathe, to reconnect with yourself, nature, and others.

The event takes place in Greenwich Park, which is one of my favorite places in London and i'm blessed to live close to it. We are gathered underneath a powerful old tree that gives us shelter from the outside world and transports us to a magical safe haven.

Dates are to be confirmed closer to the time of the event.

It starts at 10am for about 2.5 hours of activities followed by a communal food sharing. Everyone is invited to bring some food to be shared with orthers, creating a social picnic-style lunch. During that we also share our experiences and feelings from the event.

- spare socks when walking on the ground (can get dirty) - you are also welcome to go bear feet
